Definitely impressed by the welcoming environment, the staff, the service, the dentist and his assistant. I have been looking for a dentist in this area since I moved to Cary and I had a hard time with people answering the phones or returning my calls. I was pleased from the first time I called and how easy it was to schedule an appointment right away. My first appointment was excellent. I strongly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Wonderful staff. Always super nice and supportive and they help you calm down. I have several anxiety of the dentist or needles. They helped calm me down and get me through my process and even had great recommendations all backed by evidence and support. Definitely coming back here. Top class service and awareness

I had a really positive experience with Preston Dental Center. Tiffany was especially helpful throughout the billing and insurance process and took the time to work with me when things became complicated with coverage! I really appreciated the communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. The staff are also incredibly kind and the procedure itself went very smoothly (S/O to Dr. Ike). If you’re looking for a dental office that truly takes care of its patients, I highly recommend Preston Dental Center.

I had been seeing the same dentist for many years, but based on the rising costs, I needed to get a dentist that was in my insurance network.  After speaking with several reputable providers in the area, and based on my insurance and my expectations, I chose Preston Dental Center.  Dr. Greg Mayes and his staff of Dee, Courtney, and Hanna have confirmed that my choice was perfect. I went for my first visit and the entire team was great. Dr. Mayes was so easy to talk with and he had a treatment plan that day. With numerous crowns and bridges, I highly respected his recommendations and secured future appointments. While he was discussing his findings with me, and knowing that I wanted to save the tooth, Dee, Hanna, and Courtney were hard at work getting me an appointment with one of the best endodontist in Cary. From someone who is very involved in her health and dental health, I would highly recommend Preston Dental Center for you and your family's dental care.

I'm not a review-leaver, but good service deserves recognition. I've lived in the area for 20 years, and have gone through 3 dentists. I've been with Preston for a couple of years now and I'm not likely to switch again. The staff are great and the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Well done Hanna, Tiffany, and team... and big thanks to hygienist Sandhya who is unbelievably capable and kind.
